Terms and conditions of use

Shipping:

We provide only express service through DHL.
Deliveries on Italian territory are free and shipping times vary from 1 to 2 working days.
• The shipments outside Italy, but within the European Union and UK, have an additional cost of 25 euros, and the delivery times vary from 1 to 3 working days.
• The cost of shipping and delivery times outside of Italy and the European Union differs according to the destination country, which in any case will be indicated in the relevant check-out page before payment.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30.
Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.
Orders of available items are shipped on the first working day following the order in which the order was made, upon confirmation of merchandise availability and bank verification for our new customers.
N.B. Shipment may take longer times during the period of sales, promotions, events or national holidays.

The cost of shipping to the Italian countries is FREE
The cost of transport for the EU and UK countries is 25 €
The cost of shipping to other countries in the world varies according to destination.

Custom Taxes:

The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent.

We don’t know the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination.

In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.

Credit Card Payments:

You can pay for your order by credit card or debit card.

PayPal payments:

PayPal is a completely safe online method of payment that permits you to pay for orders by directly accessing your PayPal account. The data concerning your account and any information on your credit card are managed directly by PayPal, which simply provides us with a communication, via e-mail, after the payment is made.

Returns:

For returns, the Customer has 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product.

The products should be returned:

Not used and unworn. Therefore, it is advised to try on shoes on a soft surface such as carpet or a rug to avoid damaging the sole.

Not washed, damaged or altered

In their original packaging

With all the extra parts

In case of product change, shipping is free.
In case of return, the shipment is charged to the customer.
The sender is responsible for the risks associated with the returning of the products.

Send us the return request by filling the "contact-us" section form (find it here) indicating in the message body the order number (retrieve it in the purchase confirmation mail) and the return motivation. Then wait for the confirmation email.

Once you'll have received the confirmation mail, ship the products to be returned to:

The shipping cost of the return must be paid by the customer.
The responsibility of the package delivery is held upon the customer.
For the exchange of products purchased on sale or with discount codes, the shipment is charged to the customer.

Receiving A Refund

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. After our warehouse has received and processed the returned products and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will be refunded within 30 days at latest.

The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used:

A. payments by credit/debit card: refunds, in this case, may take up to 10 additional business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. Remember that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;

B. payments via PayPal (if available): the amount refunded to your Paypal account will be visible within 48 hours after receiving the email confirming the reimbursement. Repayment to the credit card you use with your PayPal account depends on the credit card issuer.
